1. Measurement of oil loss at the mill

• Educate on oil loss protocol for 242 NKEA officers

• Educate and standardize oil loss calculation and conversion factors

• Standardize the oil loss sampling points

• Enforce the weekly submission of “Borang Kecekapan Kilang

• Increase mill efficiency by improving process conditions using an  audit quality monitoring programme for mills with  OER below 19%.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of mill’s  oil recovery system in minimizing oil loss.

• Review the quality of the  recovered oil.
